9rasa was launched in 2013, in the category of fusion wear. An emerging category – fusion wear or Indo western wear is a fast growing category under which we combine traditional techniques of block printing and embroidery on natural fabrics such as cotton, cotton mangalgiri and others but give the garments a more contemporary silhouette.
Our clothes can be worn during the day but can also be dressed up for the evening.
We have a special line of festive wear that we launch around August of each year which is appropriate for Rakshabandhan, Eid, Dussehra, Pooja, Navratras, Diwali and others.
Under 9rasa, the label we have long ethnic skirts sold as separates as well as in combination with a matching short top, crop top or even a kurta.
We also sell tops, tunics and kurtas – both as separates as well as ensembles.
One of our favourite categories is bottom wear which apart from skirts includes dhotis, palazzos and slim trousers.
We launched our occasion wear line Studiorasa in October of 2016. Studiorasa offers affordable occasion wear which can be worn at festivals, special events and Weddings.
We use block printing techniques as well as embroidery on fabrics such as Bhagalpuri, Chanderi, Monga Silk, Brocade to create stunning silhouettes.
The range includes Lehenga Skirts, Crop tops, Kurtas, Trousers and Palazzos. They can be bought as separates as well as Ensembles.
We sell our labels through multiple well established online channels such as Myntra, Jabong, Limeroad, Tatacliq etc. We also sell through our own site which caters to customers in India as well as internationally.
